Our €79 introductory offer covers one personalized Celebration Hub for one gathering and is limited to our first five paid orders. It includes event details, RSVPs, updates, helpful links, a Guest Book, and gift management. We personalize our established design using the information, photos, and links you supply.
Your Hub includes a shareable link and QR code, a giftable PDF certificate, and three update rounds after preparation. Intentionally Mini is a smaller option; contact us to discuss the right fit. Adventure and Club are in development. Five- and ten-key bundles are paused during our launch.

Use the serial number on your certificate and the purchaser’s email address. For a gifted key, you can also use the recipient’s email if the purchaser registered it for that key. The serial number and email must match our records. Contact us if you need help activating your Event Key.

With assistance: Book a 30-minute live typed-chat appointment for €20 and share your details with an agent. These appointments do not use video.

Yes. One Event Key can be given to a friend, family member, or client and includes a giftable PDF certificate for one personalized Celebration Hub. Our €79 introductory offer is limited to our first five paid orders. Five- and ten-key bundles are paused during our launch.

Once your Hub is ready, we send you a link to include in digital invitations and a QR code for printed invitations or other printed materials.
Password protection is optional. You will indicate your preference in the questionnaire. If you choose it, you set your own password and are responsible for keeping it secure and sharing it with your guests.

Activate your Event Key by the deadline printed on your certificate—12 months from purchase. Your event must take place within 12 months of activation.
Your Hub stays active for 30 days after the event. At the end of that period, we send you a final report containing RSVPs, guest comments, and any guestwall entries—a keepsake of your gathering to save and revisit.

Yes. Each Event Key includes three update rounds, which you can use to correct information or adjust details as your plans evolve. Each round covers one consolidated list of changes.
Additional update rounds cost €5–€10, depending on the scope, with the price confirmed before work begins. Larger design changes are quoted separately. Corrections to errors on our part are always free and do not count toward your included rounds.
